Entering online is not required. 

It is absolutely acceptable to enter a dog show the traditional way: by submitting a paper entry form with a check. While many events now offer online systems, not all exhibitors prefer them. Paper entries remain fully valid, and are processed right alongside electronic submissions. Just remember to leave enough time for USPS to do their thing.

The important part is you and your dog get to the ring, how you submit your entry is entirely up to you.
